How many products can one task handle?
An All the Products task covers up to 2,500 products, and a collection task up to 2,500 per collection. Split larger catalogs into collection tasks.

An All the Products task covers up to 2,500 products, and a Specific Collections task covers up to 2,500 products in each selected collection.
For bigger catalogs, group products into collections and run them one after another. Tasks run one at a time, so you can submit several and they will wait in the queue.
