How do I make a task repeat every week?
Schedule the task for later, tick Make this task repeat in the future, choose Weekly and a day of the week, then pick the number of repetitions.

On the Review step, choose Schedule this task to run later and set the first run. Tick Make this task repeat in the future, choose Weekly - Repeat on a specific day each week and a Day of week.
Then pick 1, 3, 6 or 12 repetitions. Each later run happens at the same time of day.
