How progress is shown and how long a task takes.
While a task runs, History updates on its own every few seconds, so you can watch progress without reloading.
Progress text
- Waiting to start — pending in the queue
- Scheduled to run — waiting for its date and time
- A progress bar — while processing
- N updated — images successfully replaced
How long it takes
The Review step estimates about 3 seconds per image, but real time depends on the AI model and image size. If a task is interrupted, for example by a server restart, REMOVEit resumes it automatically. You can close the app at any time; processing continues in the background.
