Why did my task fail right after starting?
Most often you had no credits left. REMOVEit checks credits when a task starts. Add credits on the Plans page, then click Retry task in History.

The most common reason is that no credits were left. REMOVEit checks credits when a task starts, and the Error Log then says the store has reached the monthly image limit.
On Plans, buy a Pay As You Go pack, upgrade or redeem a gift code. Then use Retry task in History. For other errors, send us the task ID.
