Credit rollover and plan changes

REMOVEit Plans & credits

What happens to unused credits each month and when you switch plans.

Monthly reset

  • On paid plans, unused credits roll over to the next month
  • On the Free plan, the 5 monthly credits reset and do not roll over
  • Credits from Pay As You Go packs and gift codes never expire

The Usage This Month card shows carried-over credits: Your total includes N carried over credits.

Changing plans

When you upgrade or downgrade, your unused credits carry over to the new plan, and the new plan's monthly credits are added on top. Use Upgrade or Downgrade on the Plans page; the button for your plan shows Current Plan.
