Why some or all images were skipped and how to adjust your condition.
When a Condition Prompt is set, AI checks each image first. Images that do not match are skipped, cost no credits and keep their current background. The Error Log notes No images meet the condition for products where nothing matched.
Too many images skipped?
- Your condition may be too narrow; try a broader one such as if the background is not plain white
- Avoid conditions about things the AI cannot see, such as file size or upload date
- Write the condition as a simple visual yes-or-no question

Clear the Condition Prompt. Keep in mind that every image of each product is then edited and charged, and Maximum Images to Process no longer applies.
