Fix cut-off edges, wrong colors or unwanted changes to products.
AI results depend on the source photo and your instructions. Try these fixes:
- Parts of the product removed — turn on Consider product title so the AI knows what belongs to the product
- Product looks changed — add do not change the product's color, shape, text or logo to Background Instructions
- Background not the color you wanted — give an exact color, such as pure white #FFFFFF
- Unwanted shadows — ask for no shadow, or a soft shadow if it looks pasted on
- Watermark you did not want — turn off Add AI watermark in the next task
Replace an unwanted result with your original photo in Shopify, then test new instructions on a few products.
