Quick fixes for the problems merchants run into most often.
Start here when something does not work as expected.
- Task failed right away: you may have no credits left, so check your usage on the Plans page
- Next Step is greyed out: save or discard your changes in the Shopify save bar
- Task stays Pending or Scheduled: another task may be running, or the scheduled time has not been reached
- Images were skipped: they did not meet your Condition Prompt
- Completed with errors: some images could not be replaced, so open the Error Log
- Result looks wrong: refine your Background Instructions and test on a few products
