Do I need to keep the app open while it works?
No. Tasks run in the background on our servers, so you can close REMOVEit or your browser. Turn on email notifications to hear when a task ends.

No. Once you submit a task, processing happens in the background on our servers. You can close the app, your browser or even your computer.
To know when it is done, turn on email notifications for completed or failed tasks in Settings. You can also come back to the History page at any time to see the progress.
