What happens to my credits if I upgrade?
Your unused credits carry over to the new plan, so nothing is lost. The new plan's monthly allowance applies from then on.

When you click Upgrade or Downgrade on the Plans page and approve the change in Shopify, your unused credits carry over to the new plan.
From then on, you receive the new plan's monthly credits. The Current Subscription card shows your plan and next billing date, and Usage This Month shows your updated total.
